“So disappointed with the colour and size of the cushions as they don’t measure the size advertised nor are the colours as described on the ones I ordered but dull and Pom poms completely different.
Learnt the hard way and gave them to a charity shop. Although in the sale I could have bought cushions from M&S for less.”

As discussed in your email correspondence with our customer service team, on 09/06/22, 10/06/22 and 15/06/22, we had advised that we would happily have collected them from you and issued you with a full refund however you had already given them away to a local charity shop.
We advise all customers to check for any damages or anything you are unhappy with when delivered, and to then contact us so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we have not been made aware of the fault until you had already given the cushions away.

“Beautiful, plump, heavy cushions that are as good to look at as they are to sit back upon. The design is gorgeous with beautiful blues and a pomegranate red, colourful without being garish. So many shades within the pattern that one could choose to accent with other soft furnishings meaning that they are versatile as decorating items. Small pompom accents along the sides of the cushions and a velvet front add to the luxurious feeling. I am delighted with these cushions. The quality is superb and I am sure that I will enjoy them for many years to come.”
