We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product that you ordered and are surprised to hear about any quality issues. These door stops are hand-sewn so will all look slightly different but we believe that this is part of their unique charm.
We advise all customers to check for any damages or faults when delivered, and to then contact us if there is a fault/damage with photographic evidence so that we can replace said product as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, we have not been made aware of the fault until you placed your review.
