Dear Customer We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product that you ordered and are surprised to hear about the doorstop being soggy and unfilled. We sell hundreds of doorstops each week and have never heard of the above issue but rest assured we are looking into why this has happened. We advise all customers to check for any damages or imperfections when delivered, and to then contact us with photographic evidence so that we can replace said product as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we have not been made aware of the fault until you placed your review.
