“Very comfy chair but the linen looks considerable more yellow than shown on the website. Also arrived damaged and had to be replaced. Cst service team are second to none but the delivery courier made our life a living hell having the item delivered at 6 AM in the morning instead of the previous day. We had to take an unpaid day off in vain just to be at home for a delivery that never happened. Appalling experience overall.”

Dear Customer, Please accept my apologies for the experience you had in the delivery of your chair. Unfortunately, in the run up to Christmas, carriers are running to very strict delivery times which means that deliveries can be delivered out with normal business hours. However, this should be made clear to you at point of booking delivery with the carrier. We have taken all your comments on board via correspondence with yourself previously and passed all of this on to our carrier in the hope that levels of communication can improve going forward. I can see that you have mentioned the colour of the chair being different from what is pictured online.
