“Delighted by efficient delivery and the chair itself, but chair had stain on the front. I took photographs and spoke to your sales department. They asked me to email the back office which I did promptly. I have now emailed 3 times, sent photographs as we don’t know what the stain is or how to remove it. And nothing. Not a call or an email. Consequently, I’m a very disappointed customer and will no longer purchase from you again.”
