“Didn’t use straight away but when I did there was a dangerous electrical fault at the on off switch within the cable. Bare wire and the lamp flickered. My husband has had to buy a new switch to ensure the lamp is safe. Should not have passed safety regs!!!”

Dear customer We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product that you ordered and are surprised to hear about the lamp base arriving faulty. We advise all customers to check for any damages or faults when delivered, and to then contact us if there is a fault/damage with photographic evidence so that we can replace said product as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we have not been made aware of the fault until you placed your review. All of our bases have electrical test certificates and we have been selling table lamps for many years, never experiencing the issue that you have faced but rest assured we are looking into how this could have happened.
