“The bench never arrived in first instance from courier. I was then advised by Voyage they would send replacement but it would have to be made taking 2-3 weeks. After few days I found a replacement Ben h with another supplier & contacted Vogage to raise refund. No response so few days later sent another email - this was acknowledged saying too late as bench had been dispatched ( not 2-3 week period advised) No delivery date was advised . Next day the Ben h was delivered. I contacted voyage who are arranging for it to be picked up. I am still waiting for bench to be picked up & my refund.
Courier service is unreliable & communication from Voysge is very patchy by email. When you actually speak to someone the team are friendly but I don’t have time to keep chasing”
