We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the wallpaper sample that you received. Unfortunately, due to the nature and makeup of our small sample options, you don't see the full design depending on the style of wallpaper - so you will inevitably miss out some aspects of it. We do, however, have a large sample option which gives you a 1m piece to check the design out in full.
I have looked at your order and you should have just been charged £1.50 for the small sample that you had ordered it looks like you have been mistakenly charged for delivery due to a technical issue. I will be refunding this delivery cost to you this morning and it should show back in your account within 3 to 5 working days.
Once again, I am sorry that you're not happy with the sample that you received and for the error in the delivery cost being charged.

“Not the samples I asked for. The postage times were too long. The samples were not big enough in some to see the design properly. Also I didn't like the attitude of the lady on my last contact with your company therefore I went elsewhere.”

I am sorry to hear you did not receive the samples you were looking for and that you are unhappy with the postage times.
Samples should be with you within 5-7 working days. I apologise if these did not arrive in time. We offer express next-day delivery for an additional cost of £2.99 as well as full width, one-metre sample for £16.95 for our customers who would like to see more of the pattern.
We do however take your feedback on board and look to improve this service in the coming months.
