“Called with measurements of wall as needed help in knowing how much wallpaper to purchase the advisor went away to ask for me and this was advised. I placed my order in accordance with this advice however when I recd my wallpaper there was only enough for half a wall. I called to discuss and the advisor i spoke to was very dismissive unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. It was my issue to have asked a decorator also to confirm requirements as the wallpaper is sold in metres and not rolls. Which is why I called for the advice in the first place !! NO REFUND no apology. I came away with losing all my money and as the product was in the higher price range was then an unaffordable product to purchase extra. On making the complaint in an online form I recd no response hence the call... I felt that the advisor felt it amusing that this had happened in her tone on the call. I resulted in losing money and then having to look for further wallpaper elsewhere it was a real shame as the product i ordered was something unusual and quality.”

Dear Jackie, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I have called to discuss this with you this morning (22/09/22) and left a voicemail for you to call back when you have a moment. I can assure you that we take all customer complaints very seriously and certainly do not want to appear as dismissive or unhelpful. With our wallpaper we always state that while we are happy to give you a rough estimation of meterage required, we would always advise that you get this checked by your decorator as we cannot accept any liability for any shortages or extra meterage ordered. We also have a handy guide on our website to show how to calculate and how to hang our wallpaper in case any of our customers are looking for guidance. Again, it would be really good to have a conversation with you to try and establish what has happened and if there is any resolution we can offer.
