“I did not understand the measurements and unfortunately I order the wrong amount and I could not return it. I paid £74 and I could not retu return it so I am now stuck with the paper”

“I was extremely disappointed with the feel of the material that the bedding I bought is made of. Sateen Cotton doesn't have a nice feel, and if I had realised that it was going to feel like the nasty synthetic nylon sheets that we used to buy, I would have picked a pure cotton set instead.”

“Very pleased with my duvet cover, but I had to wait almost 4 weeks for it to arrive. I phoned after 2 weeks and was told it would be sent out the next day. I phoned again and was told that they were out of stock, so customer service was not great.”
