“I was extremely disappointed with the feel of the material that the bedding I bought is made of. Sateen Cotton doesn't have a nice feel, and if I had realised that it was going to feel like the nasty synthetic nylon sheets that we used to buy, I would have picked a pure cotton set instead.”

“I was advised my goods had been dispatched, a week later upon calling them, are told sorry, they were not dispatched but will be today. Terrible service from a company selling expensive goods - will not use again.”
