“Very pleased with my duvet cover, but I had to wait almost 4 weeks for it to arrive. I phoned after 2 weeks and was told it would be sent out the next day. I phoned again and was told that they were out of stock, so customer service was not great.”

“Bought paperfor mylounge one wall very misleading I'm a pensioner and order 5 rolls but unfortunately it comes in metres Got one piece on come to put next piece up but couldn't match the pattern no matter how the man tryed just would'nt match up so I'm very disappointed with it and a waste of money thank you”

“My wallpaper is beatiful but I am disappointed that it has extra plain paper down each side I wish it was made obvious when ordering that I should have asked for cut to size I assumed that meant in drops apart from that v happy”

“The product is good but took a month to arrive. You give the impression the goods are in stock but they clearly are not. This should be made clear at the time of ordering.”

“Lovely duvet cover and pillowcases but very slow delivery and no update as to when delivery would be made. Finally had to 'phone and was told another week, then parcel arrived unexpectedly, and a notification came the following day to say it was on its way!”

“I ordered Hewie Highland cow. He arrived in a very damaged box and was damaged as he is so heavy to return and huge box I could not carry this to post office . (Took photos of damage) it was awful the box he arrived in his horn was sticking out of box”
