“I did not understand the measurements and unfortunately I order the wrong amount and I could not return it. I paid £74 and I could not retu return it so I am now stuck with the paper”

“Took 6 days to dispatch samples I paid for. Samples arrived creased and folded rather than flat in a suitable envelope. I was offered 10% discount against future purchases for for late dispatch which was totally redundant because there was a voucher in with the samples for 20% off anyway 🤣”

“Despite three emails asking to be contacted to change my order of fabric to wallpaper, no one replied. The fabric arrived , and only then did I get a response and it was too late. I also had difficulty completing the transaction on line when I got to the payment stage. No one could help And when I did place the order it somehow defaulted to fabric when I wanted wallper. And there was no mechanism for cancelling the order and starting again.”

Our response time is currently within 24 hours however you have emailed on a bank holiday so instead of responding same day we responded the following day. You have advised in the last email sent that you would still be ordering the wallpaper and that you would take care next time to make sure that you ordered the correct product. “I was so disappointed with the sample wallpaper I ordered. It looked nothing like the online image. The sample was covered in gold blotches that don't show up on the picture at all.”

“Unfortunately, the three samples I ordered never arrived. I couldn’t wait any longer so I had to go elsewhere. However, my email enquires got a response the same day with the offer of resend or credit. It’s a shame the goods didn’t arrive but the service was excellent.”
