“Despite three emails asking to be contacted to change my order of fabric to wallpaper, no one replied. The fabric arrived , and only then did I get a response and it was too late. I also had difficulty completing the transaction on line when I got to the payment stage. No one could help And when I did place the order it somehow defaulted to fabric when I wanted wallper. And there was no mechanism for cancelling the order and starting again.”

Our response time is currently within 24 hours however you have emailed on a bank holiday so instead of responding same day we responded the following day. “The wallpaper I bought was beautiful and much better than expected. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the website was not very clear on how much you needed to purchase. I ended up googling wide width wallpaper to see how much I needed and my calculations were wrong. Where it states 1, this should be clear that this is 1m and not 1 roll. I could of had a disaster but the area it was going I was able to change the look and do something that in the end looked probably better or just as good.”

“The lamp shade is beautiful. However the delivery driver left the parcel outside where it sat in the rain for three days! Luckily only the outside box was soaked. The inside one was damp but there was no adverse effect on the shade itself.”
