“This would have been 5 stars except there were no instructions and I had to take out a portion of the fitting so it would fit my stand fitting (a friend managed to work it out!)…please include instructions next time. Also regarding the actual tripod stand, it would be so much nicer if the manufacturers could come up with a way of concealing the white rubber cord…looks very unsightly especially with such an expensive item.”

“I was so disappointed with the sample wallpaper I ordered. It looked nothing like the online image. The sample was covered in gold blotches that don't show up on the picture at all.”

“Ordered lovely cobalt coral reef lampshades and floorstanding tripod base. Arrived within 2 days (even though I'd been told it would take 2-3 weeks!). Lovely quality lampbase and lampshades. Will order from Voyage Maison again.”

“Unfortunately, the three samples I ordered never arrived. I couldn’t wait any longer so I had to go elsewhere. However, my email enquires got a response the same day with the offer of resend or credit. It’s a shame the goods didn’t arrive but the service was excellent.”
