“I did not receive the order so the quality of service is all that can be reviewed. The refund for the order was transacted after a few attempts to understand the delay of the order was made unfortunately. Having to chase an order only to find out its out of stock isn't pleasant. Then needing to chase the refund is next level. Certainly an opportunity for improvement could be made on the accuracy of items on the site and responsivenes to customer inquiries.”

“Great dumbbells with excellent rubberized (not hard plastic) grip. Handle grip much better then regular dumbbells with metal handles.”
