“So let me start off by saying I had high hopes for Vulcan and these dumbbells unfortunately if your wanting dumbbells that look used go ahead and buy these ..I had one dumbbell show up that had rep logo on one side and Vulcan on the other also was promised I would get a 15% refund for them so used looking and never received …I understand rubber is not urethane but to look like they when been used is horrible business practice ..will be doing business elsewhere ..the quality control is just to inconsistent for me to do business again with Vulcan and I wanted to stock my whole gym with their stuff to cuz it looks like they have some really cool Functional trainers and a pulldown …so it’s a bummer”
