“I'm using this band with a doorframe pull-up bar to help me work up to my first pull-up. I'm 5'2" tall and weigh 140 lb. It's the right amount of assistance to help me work on form and complete 3-4 sets of 4-5 reps. I have a multitude of varying imbalances and weaknesses. I record every set and am improving each time. I’m about to order the next level band!”

“I ordered the red band for recovery and it's perfect. The green band is what I use for added resistance and it works extremely well. Love these bands.”
