“I bought a 140 kg set of Vulcan Absolute Fleck Bumper Plates 4 months ago. Since then, they have been used 4 to 5 times a week in my garage gym and have proven to be a very good purchase. When I was deciding between Vulcan and the other big home gym companies, the spec's and cost were all similar but Vulcan's customer service was simply better than the others. My conversation with a Vulcan sales rep was informative. He was clearly a lifter, knew the weights well, how they compared to the alternatives, knew were they were manufactured and how they stacked up with the other company's products. Good conversation with facts and use based opinions without sales pitch. When unpacking them, I really liked how they looked and felt. More importantly, the bounce is low, they are quiet, and they fit on all my bars well. Having used them a lot over the past 4 months, I am surprised that they still look new (other than a little dirt and dust from my hands) without any dings, scratches, or other marks. My previous bumper plates didn't age as well under similar usage. Between the quality, the reasonable price for the set and the helpful customer service, it was a good purchase that I'd recommend to others.”

“Plates are amazing!! Construction is flawless, the color flecks add a nice visual upgrade. The new textured design is also nice and makes them easy to grip. I have used other comp and training plates and these are by far the best both construction wise and looking. Vulcan got these right, and never disappoints with their equipments craftsmanship. Will defiantly be purchasing more of these in the future. Shipping was fast took about 3 days and I live all the way on the west coast. Thanks Vulcan for always putting out amazing products, anyone looking for kg training plates, don't hesitate, buy these you will not be disappointed.”

“Plates are amazing!! The quality and design is excellent, I really like the alpha flake appearance. The new textured design with raised letters is also nice and easy to grip. The hubs are super sturdy and solid. Ive used other companies comp and training plates and these are nicest I've used, the bounce is low and solid, and the tolerance on the bar is nice and tight. Great product, anyone looking for training plates should buy these.”
