“I like the product and it is a quality piece. I don’t know if I did it opening it or if it came that way so I can’t blame Vulcan. The neck pad cover had a slit in it. The Bar is amazing though and we are excited to put it to use.”

“I am a huge fan of this bar, it takes some getting used to and I cannot squat as much as I can with a regular bar but It emphasizes hips/quads and away from the lower back. It's also great for those of us with shoulder issues.”

“It is 55 pounds but in the box it was heavy. The bar diameter is bigger than a standard bar and useful for grip work, rows even curls. Since the weight is off set, it does not roll the grip. A new way to change things up. Of course it is for squatting, with out shoulder pain forcing the end of the set instead of my legs. Foam is firm. I thought in looking at it, that the grips were too narrow for me, but big head and all, it fits perfect on the traps with out neck or shoulder pressure. Great design.”
