I've had golfer's elbow (aka, tendinitis) for a couple years now. Bench press in particular irritates it. So I bought this bar thinking I might be able to bench with a neutral grip. Voila. It's worked wonders. I'm back to handling reasonably heavy loads, and I can even bench using a barbell on occasion. The inner grip are an added plus for close-grip bench, and again the handles (even at angles) offer a much more neutral grip. Great product. (Only thing I'd warn is to make sure your rack's J-cups will fit a full Olympic bar diameter--the bar is 2" throughout with no "skinny part" (i.e., 28mm bar) to rack. Otherwise it will be hard to rack. I have a Vulcan rack so it's not a problem.)

This is an overall great bar. The welds aren't perfect and neither is the paint job but it functions perfectly fine. I appreciate this bar for what it is and for it's price. My only real complaint with the bar is that the knurled hand grips could be better. But like I said it's an overall great bar.

This is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment I've purchased from any vendor. Very versatile for several different lifts. It has helped me to lift without pain where a straight bar didn't work for my body.

Love the feel and balance of this bar! Its solid but not too heavy. The Handle placements are perfect for me. I was worried that the center, angled pair would be too close together for me and my 75 inch wingspan but they are just right! Would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to spend an extra 100 for a name and half the quality.

Awesome so far. I've only had it for a few days, but the feel of the bar is really good. I think I made a good investment!

A Swiss/multi-grip bar has long been near the top of my wishlist for my garage gym. However, I'm really particular about my equipment and just hate powder coating, black zinc, or any other coating that flakes on the sleeves of my barbells. Enter the Vulcan Swiss bar with hard chrome sleeves! Picked one up and have integrated it into my training regularly for several months now. In addition to the sleeves, the knurling on this bar is excellent. Amazing how this can change shoulder presses, bench press, upright rows, and definitely take my advice and hit hammer curls with this thing. Technically a specialty bar but has quickly become one of my favorite training tools. Can't recommend Vulcan enough.
