Vulcan One Basic Women's 15 kg Bushing Barbell The Vulcan One Basic Olympic Bar is an excellent bar for beginner to intermediate conventional strength training and/or CrossFit workouts. The steel used in this bar was batch tested and verified at 190k tensile strength minimum. This bar is made from standard pre-heat treated steel rod of 25mm diameter. The One Basic is a very affordable, highly durable, and effective Olympic bar that performs as well as, or outperforms bars with equivalent specifications. This bar is not recommended or warrantied for commercial gym or CrossFit gym use. With proper care and use, this bar will never become loose or dislodge and never requires maintenance other than an occasional wiping down with 2 in 1 oil to prevent corrosion. “Bought a bar for my wife and I for our garage gym. Bar is perfect, good balance, good spin, works well. Haven't had it long enough to see the durability, but I suspect it will be fine.”

“High quality bar for exceptional price. Packaging was good and very prompt. Good spin. Everything you'd want in an economy priced multi-use barbell for crossfit with olympic and light(er) powerlifting. Nice finish. The black Oxide does scratch fairly easily, but not super noticeable and this is purely cosmetic.”

“I just reviewed a different bar we bought from Vulcan, and I love it. As thrilled as I am with the performance in that bar, I am equally disappointed in this bar. I understand this is a lower grade bushing bar. I've lifted on a number of beater bushing bars over the last 5 years. So I had an idea what to expect with this one. But this has come in drastically under those expectations. It has virtually no spin to it. Fresh out of the box, with plenty of grease to spare, it would barely spin 1 way around before stopping. We have a number of Rogue beater bars at our gym that have been roughed up for 3+ years that perform better than this one did brand new. Vulcan is doing great things. I love the other bar I bought (amazing value and performance). However I think the mark was missed with this bar, The Good: Shipping and customer service were amazing. We live in MT and the bar got to us 3 days after purchasing. The packaging was really secure. The bar has a really nice look to it and has good knurling.”

“I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it and it is holding up wonderfully. When it is time for a new bar for myself, I will definitely be going with a Vulcan bar instead of a Rogue Bar.”

“Bought this bar for my fiance for a garage gym. I did a lot of research to get the best quality for the price, and found the Vulcan One as the highest quality barbell for the price. It is a quality bar and great for a beginner. As entry level lifters who aren't interested in competing, but getting into shape, this bar is great. Also, we were pleased it shipped relatively quickly (i.e. within one week). I'm looking to buy one for myself as well!”
