“I purchased the bench and received it with within 2 days of ordering. I was pretty impressed with how fast delivery was but once I opened the package I noticed the actual frame itself was bent. I contact Vulcan and they didn’t hesitate to send me another frame out free of charge. I received the new frame within 2 days also. I am very pleased with the customer service and the bench itself is great! The pad feels super durable and grippy and the legs make it very sturdy. I’ve heard a lot of people say the legs get in their way but I’ve never had that issue. Overall, I’d recommend Vulcan I have no doubts that this bench will last for many years.”
