“Absolutely beautiful bench and SOLID (after tightening up the hinge bolt slightly, which eliminated any wobble to the pads themselves). Pads are grippy (appear to use same vinyl as the Rep FB-5000 that I also recently purchased and which was very poorly packaged as compared to the Vulcan bench). Vulcan pad is much more taught than the Rep bench. The foam of the Vulcan pads is firm yet not uncomfortable (unlike my Body Solid SFID325, which is as hard as a rock). Top pad and handle were damaged during transport, and Vulcan's customer service is already sending out replacements for both. Absolute top shelf customer service. Will buy again.”

“All the gear I recently bought from Vulcan is outstanding. Everything arrived quicky (I’m in VA and this stuff arrived on a pallet 2 days after I placed the order!). All the pieces to the flat foot rack were easy to figure out for assembly and all parts fit perfectly. The assembled rack is exceptionally solid and stable. I also puchased the adjustable bench and, like the rack, it’s tremendously solid and well designed. For weights, I purchased the color training bumpers and the 28.5 mm Olympic Barbell. I love these plates, plus they showed up ready to go - not greasy like other bumpers I’ve puchased, and no offensive smell for my indoor gym. Like everything else, the bar is superb with knurl that is just right. Highly recommended.”

“Very good quality, easy to assymble, and great price! Bar, Bumpers, and Bench are excellent...! Rack was a breeze to get up with a second person. It was great all the bolts and nuts required the same size socket or wrench.”

“There are no assembly instructions just a parts list and diagram included in the box. In the flat position it is at a slight decline to the ground. In the top position the back cushion presses on the seat cushion. Its heavy and well built but these are pretty obvious misses they should catch before sending. I'm hoping it holds up to wear and tear well.”
