“Very solid item, does what it should, great addition to the home gym especially for shoulders now when you can't find dumbbells. Also, if you're reading this because you're building a home gym for the plague year, you only need a 1 inch drill bit to attach it to any piece of wood under 4 inches (actual). I attached it to a 4 in. x 6 in. (nominal) leg on a home built power rack with a half inch to spare. Highly recommended.”
