“The plates have a low ode, not bad at all compared to others.. They are low bounce but I don't drop the weight usually but did a few times to get feel for the rebound.. I upgraded on the bar for bearings instead of bushings... so far so good.. time will yell on durability but I think they well last a long time for me”
