“I was never a believer of bumper plates because I never used them. After the great reviews I went with Vulcan Strength Training Systems black bumpers. I weighed each plate on the scale I weigh myself on. Maybe not the most accurate, but was good enough for me. The plates are pretty damn accurate. Most were spot on while a few were just a few tenths above stated weight. Definitely my go-to. They fit my bar extremely well. I'm giving them two thumbs up or 5 stars, whichever you like better. Awesome product and awesome customer service.”

“The only problem I had was one of the plates was a bit too snug due to the steel insert, but they sent a new plate without issue just a few days later. That should tell you that these plates don't have any wiggle room, which is great, it'll keep your bar and plates in better condition longer. The dead bounce really is a dead bounce. There's not much bounce to these at all. The bar doesn't roll around on the mat before a pull like some other plates cause either. I can't account for the durability since I've only had them a few weeks but so far so good. They seem very sturdy and durable so we'll see. I'll update if anything about them change.”
