“Very good rope, it helped me increase my double under reps! I wish the piece that holds the rope was made out of aluminum and not plastic. On the other hand the tightening screw/nob that locks the rope in place after length adjustment is second to none. Great job on that Vulcan! It's quick and easy to adjust length without having to get a screwdriver.... thank god!!!! The actual rope itself is a good weight so its not a thin wire/rope. Makes jumping more enjoyable!”

“So far I like it. Sometimes the rope shortens up during a round of jumps, but this is infrequent. Seems to be holding up well.”

“The Speed rope has worked out great for me so far. Have been doing a lot more since I can carry it with me out on the road in the truck. As far as feel and spinning the rope is top notch and is comfortable throughout the workouts.”
