This rig is crazy good value - it's a 3x3 11 GA system (the same as a certain competitor's 'Monster Lite') for a budget price. The steel is sturdy, pull up bars are excellent and the finish is perfect. The installation hardware is a bit weird - the cross bars bolt together with 1/2" hex keys and there's no size listed for the concrete expansion anchors; I bought my own anchors, because the ones provided looked a bit cheap. Other than that this is a flawless rig.

Everything was great except custom color was purchased but did not realize it was not an option based on the web site. I was told twice that this would be credited back to me but it has yet to be done. VULCAN USA Reply: Customer had been credited the amount.

I have about 8ft. 6in. clearance in my garage and had more than enough room for this rig. There are no instructions but a little common sense goes a long way. Concrete bit and a drill for the floor mount kit and a few 2X10s screwed into the wall studs then lag screw the rack to the 2X10s and your done. Took me less than and hour with a buddy to help. I did local pick up so I don't know how the freight is. I live 90mins away and they had it ready to go with no problems. Emails were answered quickly. With all that being said this rig is awesome. I weigh in at 235 lbs and I can do kipping pull ups without worry of it coming down. It is well constructed and affordable. I have purchased other equipment (bumper plates and female Crossfit Olympic bar) from Vulcan as well and they have yet to let me down. I will continue to buy from Vulcan.

I'm actually quite pleased with the product itself. The lack of pictures on the website is a huge mistake because this thing is pretty badass. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the inability to speak with a human. If you call the Vulcan number, no one will pick up...ever! The only way I could get a response was through email. Even though they got back to me in a timely manner,
