“I ordered these online only to find them impossibly tiny when they arrived. I simply could not get them through my ears plus the spoke on one of the earrings was faulty and would not catch to secure it. Returning them turned into a bit of a mission so I decided to head into town to return them to a store. Once there the process was effortless and a different pair of earrings was selected and a store credit arranged for the difference.”
