“The item was shipped almost immediately after purchase, and arrived the next day, 24 hours after I logged on to view and buy! They are lovely hoop earrings at a great price- I had looked everywhere. The package was well-wrapped, and even included gift wrap/card - handy! The website is well-laid out, items clearly shown and ordering is easy. HOWEVER, YOU NEED TO CLARIFY THAT ITEMS IN THE ONLINE SHOP ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR STORES. I WENT IN TO THE LAMBTON QUAY SHOP TO SEE THE EARRINGS, BUT COULD NOT. NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME, BUT THE EMPLOYEES THERE SAID IT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH GIFT ITEMS AND ENGAGEMENT RINGS THAT BUYERS HAVE EXPRESSLY NEEDED TO VIEW WITH OTHERS. THIS COULD COST YOU SALES AND JUST NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED. Thanks - I will watch for your future sales and would buy again from you this way. Both Michael Hill and Pascoes sites are not at all as user-friendly or attractive.”
