Sorry to hear that you're disappointed in our returns process. I'm not sure where it went wrong, because we sent out the return label on the 1st of March together with the return instructions. I will contact you via email to follow up. I have already resent the return label to you.
We have received 3 emails from you and this review. We couldn't find your instagram message. But I agree that we could have replied faster to your e-mail request. We were a bit understaffed in the last few days. I apologise for that!
And please don't worry about the return. Once received and processed by our warehouse we will immediately process your refund.
