“The tile it self we liked, the problem was they had put swirls of wax on all four corners, (we we told that it was used so the tiles wouldn't scratch each other, when packed together)this was extremely had to remove, and I don't think a customer should have to do this, we had 28 to scrap off, it took forever. They need to use another packaging method, I purchased other tiles from else where, and they had nothing on them packed together.”
