Ordered two tile samples. They arrived the next day, very securely packed. The whole process was very efficient and professional. I will be placing an order for the requisite number of tiles needed for the whole job very shortly.

These tiles are excellent value at the moment and with black grout look brilliant ! I’ve used Walls and Floors for years and while always looked around no one compares for service ! I was worried that changes in ownership would change this but I’m pleased to see it hasn’t, the range is amazing and prices excellent but the service is always above and beyond Keep up the good work

Really happy with the marble effect design, not too dark , builder commented how good the quality was and the price was amazing compared to retail stores! Do not hesitate to buy these. Delivery also spot on, even got a call just before they were dropped off!

They look just like real marble. Great quality and a great alternative for a cheaper price

A professional tiler is laying these tiles and quickly pointed out that tile heights don’t match up. If they were digitally cut then that issue wouldn’t exist. The option is to return the tiles. The policy of Wall and Floor are returns are at the customer’s own expense. I didn’t see that aspect on site! - or have them laid in the brick style so that the uneven tiles don’t stand out so much. The marble pattern simply looks brown rather than a Matt ‘gold’ as advertised. I pray the finished look is not disappointing.
