“These tiles are great and a good choice for my kitchen. However I’m not particularly happy that in placing my order, 6 bags of tiling adhesive and two bags of grouting remained in my basket from an earlier visit, and no one phoned me to check my order. To ssnd them back, I would have had to refuse the whole load which I couldn’t do because the tiler was using them the next day. I am now lumbered with selling the remaining adhesive and grouting on Facebook marketplace, as suggested by customer services, as the return costs will be too high.
I suggest that there should be some sort of customer services overview on orders. How likely was it that I needed six bags of 20 kg tiling adhesive for 8 m² of tiles?
So ordering online was quick, but the oversight and personal aspect of the process was inadequate.”
