“I ordered a Sample tile via phone and the order process was extremely efficient and polite. Although the assistant indicated delivery would be in 1-2 working days, I expected it to take much longer. The tile did actually arrive within the 2 working days - brilliant when we consider the nature of our postal service today. Although this was just a Sinle Sample it was very well packed to avoid chips or breakage.
Unfortnately this particular tile doesn't suit the area in question but I now now this compnay exists and provides an excellent service so will revisit them when upgrading other areas of the property”
“Lovely muted colours which look beautiful and will be going down in my entry hallway - colours will match any we may chose for a long time and I think will also look timeless in a Victorian hallway. Design is lovely delicate pattern on a large square tile - made to look like four smaller tiles together. Excellent quality and thickness - my tiler was impressed as well as me.”

We are very impressed with the customer service provided by Misbah. In the original delivery one box of tiles was broken & Misbah immediately arranged for a replacement box to be sent out the same day. Unfortunately that box arrived broken the next day. Misbah was super efficient and sent another box that same day, and liaised with the warehouse staff to ask for the box/pallet to be packaged more securely. Thankfully that delivery arrived in tact.
