“I was slightly disappointed with the e quality of the print on the tiles. I wanted the weathered antique look but the quality of print could have been more authentic of an antique style tile. Easy to cut once I purchased a larger tile cutter. Made the mistake of supporting the tile either side as I was worried about it falling. But the tile needs the edges unsupported to enable to snap in the middle. Would like to save someone making the same mistake.”
“tiles are excellent quality and I like the finish which suits our use in a greenhouse. What impressed me above all was the customer service. Delivery truck couldn't pass under nearby bridge so the driver delivered the tiles by hand trolley almost 3rd of a mile. Beyond the call of duty but much appreciated.”
“The tiles are awful and not black and white as described. According to customer services they are meant to have an industrial look but it does that not say that in the description and it’s very misleading. They are greyish and are of a poor quality and look like a bird has pooed all over them or oil has been splashed across them. They don’t look clean and are a complete waste of money. If you are looking for tiles for your garage floor then these are perfect. Several tiles arrived broken as well.
I’ve had no help trying to get a refund and making a return. Don’t buy tiles from this company.”
“Very good looking, substantial tiles. Their distressed look is perfect to add a lived-in appearance to a brand new kitchen. My tiler found that the ideal gap is 3mm, to allow the pattern to match and the cement grey grout was an ideal complement. Individually the tiles look almost a very dark brown but once laid are most definitely black!”
