“Tiles are good and as expected. Originally, the wrong Whitechapel tiles were delivered - the flat type without the bevelled edge. However, a very efficient and helpful young woman from customer services called Lucy dealt with it very quickly and the correct Whitechapel tiles arrived in a couple of days after I explained the situation. Such good customer services deserves to be commended.”
