“After a mishap due to some badly wrapped tiles, this was quickly remedied. Accidents happens, but it’s how these moments are handled that is very telling. They were on it in a flash and I received replacements, very well wrapped, within 2 days. Superb customer service and tiles are absolutely lovely.
