“Have bought these tiles from Wallsandfloors beforevso knew they were high quality. However prior to shipment their courier observed that tiles on the pallet were damaged. So rather than ship me these they called and advised a whole new shipment with matching batch codes were to be dispatched on next available slot. Although inconvenient, it saved the frustration or receiving damaged goods to only return and organise replacemnts. This is excellent customer orientated service.”
