We needed tiles for a family bathroom and an ensuite.
The tiles were delivered promptly and were of very good quality, we were very impressed with the service

“The entire batch was identically flawed. None of the tiles were flat. All were slightly warped in the middle.
However the tiles were useable provided they laid in rows/columns and were not laid in a brick pattern. The problem also resulted in increased wastage when using cuts pieces of tile.
If the job they had been purchased for not been time critical i would have returned the entire batch.
I and the contractors use have purchased and will continue to purchase from Walls and Floors as this has been a one off problem.”
“They are ok, but had number had a number of tiles with defects in glaze. They aren't entirely flat but a little curved, this was challenging when doing a staggered brick pattern. However the price was very good, once fitted looked smart but required a little extra patience when fitting than usual.”
