“sub standard tiles all shapes very brittle some even broke in my hand, when requwested return it was going to cost me 80 pounds in postage very slow on answering emails i wouldnt buy from this company .”

I am sorry to read you are not happy with the tiles. I can see an email from you requesting our returns information, to which my colleague sent this over. If you are able to send us some photos through showing the issues and including some details, we can look into this for you further?
As these tiles are a natural brushed slate. These do flake as slate is a natural clefted product, the process is called spalling, which means small pieces may flake off the surface, however when the slate tiles have settled in, it should stop. We do offer Slate effect tiles that are porcelain, for low maintenance which may be more suited to your project.
