“The tiles are beautiful. We are very happy with them. There was one issues with delivery, and I needed to chase a lot to figure out what was going on, when they just didn't show up on their scheduled delivery date, and I received no communication, (which is why I marked them down by 1 star). They ended up being delivered a week later. While I am not happy that I had to chase the staff to find out what was going on, when I did speak to them they did try to be helpful, they were always polite, and wanting to help find out where the tiles were at, and they did work to make it right.”
