“The 600x600 tiles some where slightley warped, and wasent 100% square maby because there so big or a bad batch, apart from that a nice looking tile they look more gold on website than in real life also, look more brown than gold”
“Tiles ordered after sending for a free cut sample, 55 tiles ordered and arrived very fast, delivery team were very helpful, the tiles sit in the garage waiting fitting but look fantastic, and good quality, I would have given 5 stars, but one box of 4 tiles were broken, so reported this within 12 hours of delivery, informed I need to send an e.mail with photos, informed the operator, I do not use a smart phone, and dont know how to send photos, informed thats company policy. Hence only 4 stars, not the 5 the price and quality the tiles deserve.”
