The tiles are slightly matt and the patterns cooled down the SW facing bathroom very well - they resembled sea breeze, pebbles and just take our imagination far into the ocean. I am most impressed with your customer services - courteous, communicative, supplied with the right estimated amount instead of asking me to purchase the full whole box, and the driver was so kind to carry all the boxes to the front of my house which was tremendously helpful.
