“They were laid by an experienced and skilled tiler who hoped to have very narrow joints between the tiles. He discovered that the individual tiles varied in size by up to 2 mm per tile - this made it difficult to get uniform lines of grout between the tiles.
The service I received from customer Service was excellent but the delivery was a disgrace! It was out-sourced to Nissin in Swindon and somewhere in the distribution line the details of access and narrow lanes, clearly recorded on your computers, was lost or wilfully disregarded and the delivery was in an inappropriate vehicle manned by an unpleasant and uncooperative man.”
