We’d like to clarify that your orders for 39 of the same sample tile were cancelled and refunded. The free delivery on our sample service is designed to help customers choose between a few different options before placing a full order.
Ordering multiple of the same sample goes beyond the intended use of this service, as we fully absorb the delivery costs for all of our sample orders.
Should you still require these, a quotation has been sent to your email.
