The tiles are versatile and the customer service was outstanding: we had received a box of tiles at short notice and over half of the tiles were smashed upon arrival. Although we appreciate that this may have been the fault of the courier, the team at walls and floors sorted this ASAP and offered a refund for the damaged tiles.”
