Tiles are fantastic and look great when laid but customer service is honestly better than you can ever imagine.
I have placed an order back in July thinking that it would be enough but our project expanded and area needed was double what we have ordered. When we wanted to place an extra amount it was out of stock. They have taken the old tiles and replaced it with different tiles, although that was not their fault and not their policy.
I keep telling everyone that they have to order from this company if they ever need flooring.
