“Beautiful product. Looks as good as it does in the pictures. Was everything I wanted it to be. So very pleased.
Easy to put up. Well my friend did it while I supervised (I think tea making and nattering away whle he worked equates to supervising!). Did one 'normal' size wall in a 'normal' sized terraced 1970's house - don't ask me for the dimentions but he did that in a couple of hours, which included the cutting off to size it properly. I would add that he used a handsaw rather than a circular saw as he felt the sawing would be less damaging to the product (and is also his preference).
Unfortunately I can't really comment on the acoustic part yet as my neighbours have gone away on holiday. Although our walls aren't paperthin having removed fitted wardrobes a sound barrier had gone and there was some more noise from nextdoor (nothing unliveable with but just noticeable) so I am hoping this just 'deadens' those few noises, which obviously may help them too!
May I also thank the wonderful staff at Woods and Floors who were absolutely brilliant. Don't know if there's a separate review I can put on about them. But I phoned them as it was me making the order and giving measurements so really needed their advice as I don't trust myself! Very friendly and helpful.
